I am currently exprimenting with the fabulous jqGrid from http://trirand.net to integrate it into Drupal 7. The suite now comes with jqChart, and jqScheduler. At this time, the jqScheduler is conflicting with the drupal.js script. Both the Grid and the Chart are working seamlessly in Drupal 7. I will be posting more information here once I resolved the conflict issues.
